Quizster doesn't currently send email notifications when the teacher grades an assignment or when a student submits an assignment. Instead, notifications are calculated and the user is alerted when they access the app. We are considering adding this email capability and also adding support for push notifications in the mobile app--of course, both of these would be optional. For now, we hope that Quizster becomes a frequently used tool in your class, such that both students and teachers are kept up to date organically just by using the app.
